Pankhudi is a PhD researcher at the Law department of the European University Institute in Florence. She completed her LL.M. in competition, innovation and trade law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) after which she worked for three years as an Assistant Professor in the O. P. Jindal Global University in India. Her research interests include competition law, digital markets and data protection.
